Really nice hotel with large rooms and great facilities. The room was clean and we had a big balcony overlooking the mountains. Spa was also very nice and well maintained. The staff were excellent as well, especially Lilly who was very attentive and hospitable - she made our stay!

Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Spacious, with well equipped kitchen, big bathroom with bath and a balcony. Additionally, beautiful view for the mountains, very good location nearby both the lake and train station made the stay unique and comfortable.

Breakfast was OK. My grand daughter has joined me for breakfast the last day and as she was 7, it was free of charge. The first day I was 1 min late for breakfast and after the staff first rejected me to have breakfast, they later on brought me breakfast to the room.

It is a beautiful modern house with a small garden, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a car parking in a quiet peaceful village with nice views of the mountains. Kitchen facilities are excellent. This was indeed the best homestay of our entire trip in Eastern Europe. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back and stay longer.

We stayed at this house in Slovakia for three days. The location is convenient, but the place wasn't as beautiful as expected, and the electricity was unreliable. Additionally, there was no way of making the rooms dark in the mornings, and the house was a bit old. However, the house was clean, spacious, and suitable for a family of five, and there was a nice billiard table.

Silent location and a silent room - thick walls of the castle/manor are great. It's only about a 10 minute ride to Poprad - where you can park and take the tram to the mountain resorts. Large rooms with lots of storage. Rooms were clean. Overall, it's a nice hotel that I can recommend easily.

Nice location in a huge and very nice park, lots of sporting activities and playground for kids (although it was covered in snow when we went, but perfect outdoor amenities. indoors are also very modern and clean, great indoor playground for kids too. Food was not a large selection but everything tasty, overall it was good.
