The location is great. The staff is very helpful & polite; they would go extra miles to assist you. Even the owner created a personal touch she arranged for us outdoor bonfire under the stars & forest surrounding that all of us throughly enjoyed. Also we had good breakfast in open area of the restaurant while enjoying the nature too.

We had a truly amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious, the staff is absolutely wonderful and the food...wow! The entire meal time is an experience by itself. I was planning to stay one or two nights at Volcano View but ended up staying 5 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy in a nice house in a residential area. The neighborhood is quiet but yet not so far away from the city center (just a short walk). Isaac and his team have been wonderful hosts. They helped me plan my visits to the Volcanoes National Park and easily arranged transport for the four days I spent there. Everyday my breakfast was on the table at 6am and by 6h30 my lift was ready to take me to the park. I highly recommand this B&B!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Makeri residence. Jackie's exceptional hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We admired the view and garden, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable. Jackie and her team consistently went above and beyond even taking us on tours of the area, washing our shoes after they got dirty from mud, going out to get items that we had requested. I cannot recommend this place more. A true hidden gem.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Ruhengeri, SAISH Stay features a bar. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.
