Honestly everything thing was excellent...the staff was amazing starting from Omar the reception manager ending by the restaurant staff ( their manager,Anjilika and Nitish. The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

From the moment I arrived, everything at Hotel Muse Qatar was exceptional. The reception staff, security, and valet team were all polite, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Great Hotel with super staff, they will make you feel at home. The hotell has no beach as it is located at the Pearl, but as a guest at St Regis Maria Arabia you will have free access to the pool and beach at the other St Regis. The rooms are like suits and most of them will have their privat balcony.
