Waking up to panoramic views of the mountains and the sound of flowing water was the kind of peaceful moment I didn’t know I needed. What stood out most, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They were always ready with a cup of chai, local stories, or travel tips that made exploring Skardu even more meaningful. The food? Deliciously homemade! Every meal felt personal — from freshly cooked parathas at breakfast to traditional Balti dishes for dinner. The best part was the villa’s location — close enough to explore famous spots like Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, and Shigar Fort, yet secluded enough to feel like your own private hideaway in the mountains. There are dramatic mountain views from the room and the terrace. The staff is kind and helpful and the beds are comfortable. Hot water is also available (check with the staff for the timing). The road leading up to the property is essentially a desert-road, with the local driver though, it wouldn't be a problem to reach it. It's worth staying here.

The hospitality and the beauty of the place. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and well-furnished. The warm welcome and helpfulness of Irfan and the entire staff were truly exceptional, and the outdoor breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved my room, it was pleasant, spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is very good, not far from Skardu airport. Staff are very friendly. Ameer and his family made me feel at home. They were always very kind and helpful, they would go out of their way to help. Whenever I required transport Ameer would help, advise and arrange. I was picked from and dropped off to Skardu airport. The breakfast was served whenever I asked and was delicious.
