The place is clean, the area is very quiet, there is no noise at all, the rent is very reasonable, which is probably not the most reasonable rent anywhere in Abbottabad. The manager, Moaz, is a very good-natured and polite person.

This was particularly impressive considering the heavy rain and late hour (around 4 am). - *Hospitality and Cleanliness*: The hotel staff showed extra respect and responsibility, making us feel welcome and comfortable.     It ws my third stay here and the quality of services havent dropped. Rooms were clean n comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My car battery got exhausted and the attendant immediately arranged the mechanic to help me out. The location is within the city so u can access all the amusements of the city easily.

    If you want to enjoy solitude its the ideal spot. It can be a good stopover on your way to northern areas if you are travelling with family for vacation. It is off the road and requires the car to be in good condition. Since it is a bit far from the market and restaurants, plan ahead for your meals and medicine supplies. Guest house building and premises are good for a family stay. Staff was very humble and courteous. Food was above average and cost effective. Surrounding location is average.
