the room was spacious, very clean, super close to the beach where you could spot some turtles, also very close to the beginning of Wadi Shab hike route. owner very helpful with great advice! and breakfast was very tasty as well!

Nice quiet location. Could sit outside in the garden. Used the swimming pool which was very clean. Very friendly manager.

Wadi Shab Beach Villa is great little gem located at 6 min walking distance to Wadi Shab entrance. It has spectacular view and in the morning and afternoon you can see sea turtles. There is a beach downstairs, but be careful because waves are very strong. Family room was spacious and clean, with great sea view. Sami, the owner, was so nice and available for everything. He helped me a lot with organizing taxi to Sur with good price and also organized Wadi Tiwi and Bimah tour for me - with better price than you can find on the spot. Since I was there for only two days, time was essential, so I've managed to see both attractions in relaxed manner (Wadi Tiwi is almost impossible without 4RW and going down to swimming pool with rope is better with some assistance). Wadi Shab you can do alone (1 OMR is return boat ride) and I would say it not so demanding though there is some real hiking involved. When you come to the big swimming pool (though I say there was nicer and more scenic before) you can swimm to through underwater passage you will come to the waterfall - nothing really so special, but if I didn't saw it, I would never know. Be very careful for slippery rocks, because there are parts of journey you must do on foot. People without proper water shoes easily can have accidents slipping snd falling. I had dinner and breakfast at hotel and I was completely satisfied. In Oman you can find Indian food everywhere, local Arabic less. To conclude, I can really reccomend this hotel. Unspoiled nature, 5* view, proximity to Wadi Shab and Sami's friendly assistance in all I needed are reasons why I am giving Wadi Shab Beach Villa highest score.

Excellent location, 1 min drive after ur 4 hour wadi shabi trek and swim was perfect and then host made excellent dinner and breakfast at good price on the cliff edge so u need not leave the space ....

I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning villa in Fins, Oman, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The villa is perfectly located in the first row facing the beach, offering a magical view of the ocean that left us in awe every day. Everything was in pristine condition, from the super clean bed sheets and towels to the fully functional appliances, including a dishwasher that was a great effort and time saver. The outdoor terrace was a highlight, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the ambiance was unique and incomparable. What made our stay even more special was the host. They were exceptionally kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request promptly. Overall, this villa is a gem that combines luxury, comfort, and nature’s beauty. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape. I myself will definitely go again 🌊🌴

Loved the place! Have stayed in several airbnbs but never seems such a well planned house. We had everything we wanted on the property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Love the view, loved the pool, loved that it had Netflix. Loved the place so much, we will be coming back in the winters!

Good location for visiting the very beautiful Wadi Shab. The very kind hotel manager provides the kitchen where you can cook your own food, he also makes tea or coffee and fruit available for free. The terrace facing the sea is very pleasant for relaxing.

We loved everything ! The aesthetic of the place was just incredible, the fact that we were in front of the sea was also amazing. The owner and helper were very nice and super reachable. The rooms were exquisite!
