The owner is the very polite and friendly man. We wanted to rent a car and Saud (owner) arranged it for as easily, moreover give us a very good price and fast new car (18 000 km) we received a car the same day we arrived in a couple of hours. Due to our requirements Saud bought the new hair dryer immediately. The situation of the apartment fit us perfectly. We were near to the gulf and the same time not in the center of city. Several shopping centers 5-8 km away. Our stay in Muscat was interesting and stunning. I would strongly recommended to use this appartments as the location.

Big spacious room, very clean and comfortable. I liked the location in Ruwi as it was close to bus station, so it was easy to move around Muscat at low cost 😀 I booked an all inclusive option and it was great! Food was just fantastic, the buffet with a choice of European, Indian and Arabic dishes, all delicious. Thank you for amazing stay!

Best value for money. Also at times they have discounts when booking via Booking.com. They have all sorts of payment method via cash or card. Breakfast buffet was also good. Variety of food options. Location is the middle of city which made it vibrant and access to supermarket just behind it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The best sunset view in Muscat! This hotel is a gem, great pool, good food (with friday’s a sea food buffet I’ve never experienced the likes of it in another hotel!), comfortable rooms, but best of all : fantastic personnel! They upgraded us twice (we stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our holidays), our last day they arranged a room free of charge for a late check out at 6pm! Special thanks to Najiya, you helped made our stay exceptionnal! Don’t hesitate and book this hotel, you won’t be dissapointed!
