What an experience ! Getting to spend the night in the desert, in this exceptional setting!! Only 4 tents in this camp so it feels very exclusive, excellent amenities, never thought camping in the desert could be this comfortable ! Very welcoming staff! We got to experience sunset and sunrise over the dunes, do some sandsurfing and go on a Camel ride, topped with good meals, Nice shower and a very comfortable night sleep! Unforgettable experience!!

The staff were very helpful and polite. Food was delicious: was served dinner and breakfast and snacks was provided too. The rooms was really cute and was really nice having a functional bathroom while 'camping'. They set up a bonfire during the evenings too. Great value for money. Winter evenings got very cold !

We had the most incredible stay with Ali! He was the perfect host, super friendly and we had lovely chats with him! The camp was spectacular, super clean and comfortable and the food, especially the dinner was delicious! Absolutely recommend staying here for a unique and private desert camping experience! We loved it and would definitely come back if in Oman again!

For those who don’t want to relax they can go sleighing from the highest dune while the occasional camel observes your performance. Me and my friends liked the whole experience of being in a desert, that was something worth of doing. Ibrahim and all staff members are just amazing friendly people that are making it even more unforgettable experience. We had a chance also to have some Omani food for dinner and breakfast which was very nice. In the morning beautiful sunrise and in the evening stunning sunset. As a activity we did dune driving which was so much fun. Tents were clean and comfortable, biggest surprise was flushable toilet and running tap water with a shower. Beautiful experience and recommend to everyone.

It was easy to find the meeting point, where you can leave your car in the shadow (if it’s not 4x4) and easy to contact Rashid or his daughter, they both speak good English and reply fast. Rashid took us to the camp in his car and the ride itself was incredible, as the camp is located deep in the desert (and as budget travelers we enjoyed that the price for the transfer was a bit lower than in many other camps). Inside the camp you can’t ask for more, the tent is really spacious and nicely decorated, there are these little details as some spare chairs in the tent and outside too, so you can enjoy the views from the terrace, big fresh clean towels, additional blankets if you feel cold during the night and the bed itself is extremely comfortable! There is a private bathroom in the tent, which is impeccable, even for taking the shower, the water pressure is fine. The location of the camp is really perfect, as we made a big research before booking it and in the end stayed completely satisfied. Perfect spot for photographers, as you can’t see other camps around (except for one, but pretty far away) and the dunes are just right there. Rashid is a great man and treats his guests as friends, he can make you a good company and feels if you want to stay alone. During our stay we were offered fruits, coffee, tea and some other snacks, that we didn’t expect. And the fire in the night was just great. Highly recommend to stay for at least 2 days.

The location is perfect - not too close to city and not too far deal in the desert. The welcoming of the hosts is amazing, they make sure we have all we need. Stargazing session after dinner and chat altogether made our evening very pleasant and our daughter of 2,5 YO enjoyed it so much.
