We had some troubles to reach the camp with our 2wd car. Thanks to Hamid we finally reached the camp. Although there was no other people, but us we spent an emerging evening with delicious dinner. We had fruits and coffee, we did some stars gazing, we enjoyed the fire. Hamid did for us delicious bread on the fire. Evening was great. Thanks a lot.

I liked the location - right next to the dunes. It was easy to find and it was accessible by an ordinary car (no need for 4x4). The apartment nr. 4 was located on the first floor, it had 2 bedrooms (+2 bathrooms), a kitchen, a nice balcony and a covered terrace with seating. The view was beautiful. It was clean, quiet and we were very happy to stay here. Please not that there is no wifi, but I assume there is no signal/network in that area at all because our Omani SIM card also did not have mobile internet there. If you need internet, you need to climb up the dunes or go to the nearby town:-)

Our stay at the desert camp was truly unforgettable! The camp was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality was outstanding, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was also great, both dinner and breakfast offered great variety and delicious flavors, perfect after a day of adventure. Stargazing at night was magical, with the clear desert sky filled with countless stars—a truly mesmerizing experience. The dome was definitely a good idea, we regretted that we only took one night! The camp is on the more calm side of the desert, which is cleaner with less lights so you can enjoy the desert better. We were warmly welcomed and received by our host. He prepared coffee when we arrived and we enjoyed doing sand boarding at sunset! The equipment in the dome are also really good, shower a bit cold in the evening but everything else was perfect

Ome of the best stay in Oman, The simple tent without airconditioning was nice and not too hot (at least at night) even in mid may. The staff was extremely friendly and kind and a pleasure to talk to. Location is magic the sunset on the top of the dune close by is spectacular and the stars at night are so many … Really good dinner and breakfast I would be back anytime!

The location was ideal... right off the highway and very easy to get to Wadi Bani Khalid quickly... which is what we wanted! Its a basic decent stay... with clean rooms and bathrooms.

The owner's extremely nice brother, Said, who took us on an hour-long sunrise ride across the dunes at an affordable price. We also ordered dinner and were surprised by the amount of delicious and varied food prepared by his mother. Clean and large rooms, actually a whole apartment with two rooms and a corridor connecting them. Efficient wifi and adequate room and bathroom equipment. The hotel's excellent location, right next to the dunes. I sincerely recommend it!
