Charming accommodation in a quiet and beautiful place of the desert. You are on top of the dune but it is very easy to reach by car. The room is like a cabin very cozy with private bathroom, everything is very clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The zone for the meals is beautiful, with a chill out place, and the food is abundant and delicious. It's a wonderful place to stay, we recommend it and we will come back for sure.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Bidiyah, SandGlass Camp is a luxury tent surrounded by views of the city.

Although we had our own 4x4, the staff came to lead us to the campsite. It was nicely arranged in a way we could all sleep comfortably. Dinner was great with plenty of food to eat. Shower was warm and toilet was clean.

Sand Delight Camp is located in the desert of Waheba Sands in Oman. It is surrounded by sand dunes. Free tea and coffee is provided throughout the day.

Fantastic experience hosted by gentle and passionate hosts. Saeed, his brother and team are exactly the kind of welcoming but not overbearing hosts you want. The tents were gorgeous, beds very comfy and food was brilliant. We loved the dune bashing and I especially loved the camel dawn ride.

The Alsarmadi Desert Camp is an amazing experience. Our hosts picked us up in the nearby township of Bidiya, and it was only a short 30min drive out to the camp. You are surrounded by sand dunes, but high up enough to enjoy a beautiful sunset/sunrise. The hosts are very welcoming and can organise several activities during your stay in the desert. Some incur extra costs, like camel rides & lunch at a Bedouin camp. Or you can simply enjoy exploring the dunes, like we did. The tents are clean & comfortable, it was the best sleep of our whole trip! And as female travellers we felt safe the whole time. Breakfast & dinner were also delicious. Thank you to Said & his son Alfarooq for a wonderful experience in the desert!

There was also a dedicated staff member on-site who brought us breakfast every morning and ensured everything in the villa was in perfect order. We had some troubles to reach the camp with our 2wd car. Thanks to Hamid we finally reached the camp. Although there was no other people, but us we spent an emerging evening with delicious dinner. We had fruits and coffee, we did some stars gazing, we enjoyed the fire. Hamid did for us delicious bread on the fire. Evening was great. Thanks a lot.
