There are 3 rooms and the room space is fine for us. The apartment is very beautiful. All the things we need are enough including the kitchen. The location is convenient as near the town and supermarket. The car parking is also very convenient. We enjoy to stay here very much.

    Beautiful and central location. Less than an hrs drive to Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua. This is probably our favourite so far!! Carmen has done a beautiful job on this place and gone above and beyond with her hospitality. The hot tub was especially enjoyable after a day of touring.

    This was amazing! Attention to detail was awesome and Carmen and her husband thought of everything to make this one of the best places I've stayed. Amazing location close to Hobbiton and fantastic views!

    This is a brand new place, that greets you with wonderful landscaping, and even provides a car port for your car. The interior was simply stunningly in every aspect. The owner clearly has a wonderful eye for interior design. That said, everything was very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well provisioned. This is definitely a place we will recommend to all our friends. Also, the location was really good for us - close enough to Auckland for a day visit for a function, without having to stay there and fight all the traffic!
