We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at this cottage! The cottage itself was clean and tidy. The little touches—like fresh milk in the fridge and a Nespresso machine—made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the electric heater kept the room really warm. Right on Tyne was very clean, very homely, had everything we needed, and more besides for our overnight stay. There was parking right outside the door, it was walking distance to the town and the penguin colony. Violeta and Scott were excellant hosts and kept in contact with us - nothing was too much trouble. The Christmas tree was a lovely homely touch
