Very nice clean room with kitchen desk, fridge, toaster and microwave oven. Bathroom and toilet also nice and clean, parking next to the accomodation. Shop and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Very nice for stay in Okawa

Amazing old building - loved the atmosphere. Rural and quiet but in the small township of Owaka with everything you need. Staff were very helpful, giving me info on the nearby Caves. Great guest kitchen and dining room. Room small but had everything. Loved the games room and the tea and coffee nook at the end of the hallway. Place looked very clean and tidy, considering some of the earlier reviews. We were very happy and would come again.

We loved everything about the suite! It was super modern, had everything we needed to cook, eat, shower and watch TV (the Netflix and cable tv was a great bonus). Joss was super accomodating and helpful after the start of our was delayed. This was our favourite accomodation that we stayed at in New Zealand and we will definitely be back next time we are in the country!
