I loved my stay at Hotel Tree Tops. If I had the time I definitely would have stayed longer. It is so peaceful and the property is beautiful and green. The owners are super kind. Even though the bus stop is quite close by, they picked me up and dropped me off too. I could borrow their bicycle to explore the area which was amazing. They made sure everything was taking care of. Breakfast was good. I booked a safari for a good price and they booked really nice seats for me on the bus back to Kathmandu. The location is amazing, a bit outside of the village centre which makes it super peaceful. Only a little walk (or an even shorter bicycle ride) to the a bit more busy centre. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing stay at Hotel National Park. Suraj was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. He helped me arrange all the National Park activities / safari, offered to pick up and drop off at the bus stop and was consistently polite and respectful. Probably some of the best service I have had in Nepal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I came here for some downtime out of Kathmandu and it truly delivered. I think that the tour guides were also a part of the hotel, and I can't remember his name but he had been a safari guide for 34 years and was friendly and really knowledgeable. We saw 10 rhinos, 2 Tigers with Cub, Sloth bear, Wild buffalo, Crocodile 🐊, Birds and many more. The hotel manager Suraj work in all the field from kitchen, driving, arranging the safari with recommendations options, arranging the rooms so one person take care of all their guest needs and make sure everyone enjoy their stay feeling like in home. So I love to support them arranging the safari, eating the delicious family taste food so I really enjoyed. All round amazing experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. Value for this place is amazing! The owner is super nice and helpful and will answer all of your questions and tell you more about the national park, animals and local area. The room is nice and enough to spend a couple of nights. The hotel shower always works. Good internet and if you are lucky, you can see wild animals and many birds from your balcony. Most stayed place in Sauraha.

Sujan is a very helpful host, that knows his business since many years. He will organize all types of Safari for you and on top never hesitates to overtake transportation or laundry jobs for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guides he is working with (in my case Yam and Kiran) are very nice people, highly knowledgeable and will introduce you to the plentitude of wildlife in Chitwan.
