Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Comfortable room, excellent lake/mountain view from the balcony, amazing food, warmest hospitality from Anil & family... last but not least Pinky is just the cutest puppy!! Thanks Anil for taking us to see the picturesque mountain view... a lot more to explore in Anil's farm and the surrounding area, just our time is too short there. P.S. We enjoyed our stay so much that we took the room key to Pokhara... sorry Anil for the all trouble caused 😅

I stayed at Dinesh House the night before the start of my Vipassana course at the Dhamma Pokhara Vipassana Center in Leknath. I can highly recommend Dinesh House as the perfect place to prepare for Vipassana since it is so quiet, beautiful, tranquil and serene :) It would also be a wonderful place to re-enter reality after a 10-day Vipassana, for the same reasons! It couldn't be closer to the Vipassana Center; I was able to walk there the next morning from Dinesh House, it was only about a 10-minute walk away! First things first: the views from Dinesh House are absolutely gorgeous!!! You can see Begnas Lake, and on a clear day the Annapurna Mountain Range as well! I couldn't have asked for more beautiful views. Onto the hosting family: Dinesh and his lovely wife, Dipa. They were both SO kind to me during my stay. On my walk to Dinesh House, there was a bit of rain, so he came out to walk me there and brought me an umbrella to keep me dry! I was really happy with my room, the bathroom, and especially the meals: Dipa cooked me a delicious dal bhat dinner the night I arrived, plus a tasty omelette with chapati & coffee the next morning. I highly recommend Dinesh House to travelers looking for beautiful views, tasty food, and friendly company on site — thanks so much Dinesh & Dipa for providing such a wonderful experience!

The manager and all staff are very kind, helpfull and caring for us. They arranged all our daily tours, gave nice advices and arranged our all transportations. Hospitality was top notch. Easy to feel welcome and relax when you’re are taken care of from the first second in a friendly and respectful way. The room was nice too. Plenty of space and everything works. Enjoyed having balcony space. The experience gets even better when you pay because it’s really worth it. Would stay here again when in Pokhara. There’s also the chance to meet other travelers but also cool to be on your own.
