The house we chose based on the ratings turned out to be even better than expected. It was very clean and conveniently located, with multiple transportation options available. The host was incredibly considerate and provided great help to us as first-time visitors to Norway. The house was also fully equipped with everything we needed, leaving nothing to be improved.

For us, this was a perfect location for a two night break on the outskirts of Oslo. Our priority was to find somewhere with parking. The free parking this property offers is a bonus. The apartment is in a residential area with easy access via public transport into Oslo Centre. We chose to make the journey to the Munch via number 300 bus. This bus stops very close to the Munch, or stay on one more stop to the central station area. They run fairly frequently and the journey was about 20 minutes. We noted that there is also a Metro station close by, although we had no need to use it. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with a living/dining/kitchen downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Everything one could possibly need to cook a meal is in the kitchen…….perhaps a heat-proof/wooden board for the dining table is the only thing that could be added!

It's the perfect location in Oslo. Very near the city centre by car. The apartment is beautiful and big and modern and comfortable and the hosts have a lot of care in the little details and they are very kind and helpful and lovely! We spent the best of time.

    Everything. It was an amazing stay at Thon Hotel in Lørenskog. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, the staff were friendly and informative, the breakfast was fantastic. The property was in a wonderful shape, location is well-connected to Oslo center by train.

    Lots of different food to choose !!!! Everything was very fresh and tasty, just an ideal breakfast !!! It was a great start to a wondreful and energetic day:))) What's more the way as it was served was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.     Comfortable room with a decent size. The staff was friendly. Location is good, a supermarket, Pizzabakeren and a kebab store nearby. The forest is close, which is convenient when travelling with dogs. Italian restaurant at the hotel. Car parking for 250 nok/day.

    Breakfast was excellent. Location was a bit out of the way, but 10 mins walk to the train station connected with other centers. Room was perfectly adequate and wifi was good. A convenience store is located nearby for topping up fluids and snacks!
