The property was a cozy 1 floor hotel with small but warm and confortable rooms. Beakfast was great. There was free coffee and tea all day!!! The hotel is managed by the owners. All of them are very nice and communicative. They are also very helpful on any questions you might have. I would recommend 100%!

    the location was great - whilst the hotel isn't in central Amsterdam, it was in a lovely suburban area, which was close to the university (ideal as we were going to a conference there) - and only a short bus ride away to/from the airport/central town etc.. The hotel staff offered lots of useful services (bike hire, recommendations etc.).

    Location is good. Tram station is 3 mins walk from the hotel and there is also a medium size mall within 15 mins walk. The apartment we booked was very clean! The bed is comfy too (had a few nights’ of good sleep)!

    Staffs were very friendly and kind. Location is also very close to the tram station which will take you to the city center in around 30mins. Room was very clean with complete basic amenities.
