This is by far best hostel I have ever stayed at! It feels more like a home than a hostel, this is down to the staff, they make you feel part of their community. I honestly don’t have a bad word to say - it was super special - I just wish I stayed for longer!! Amazing places to chill, good beds, incredible kit eh and beautiful doggy!

Great location if you want a quiet area. Fantastic recommendation for a restaurant nearby which we visited 3 times We borrowed the kayaks which are free and went for a paddle. The staff were all very friendly. Easy parking outside the door

I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!
