It is a walk-up - there may be a lift / elevator but I never saw it. Walkable to all points in Monaco (assuming you don't mind the hills - remember to use the ascenseurs publiques). No view to speak of but not a deal killer for me, I prefer the privacy compared to a hotel. Wifi worked, sofa and bed were comfy. Aircon worked great.
