very beautiful and stylish mansion , a real home converted into a guests’ home, very comfortable, quiet and convenient location just across the bridge of from downtown, the excellent option to spend at least 2 nights to enjoy the uniqueness of Tetouan and also visit Chefchaouen on a return day trip (spectacular roads, not many good overnight options in Chefchaouen)

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad in the old medina of Tétouan. The place itself is truly magnificent – full of charm, authentic details, and a peaceful atmosphere. Jawad and his wife are amazing hosts – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made me feel at home, and Jawad is also a great guide who showed me the real spirit of Tétouan. Truly a special stay! I highly recommend this riad. Thank you again to Jawad and his wife for such an amazing experience!

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist, Hazem, noticed that my birthday had just passed the day before I arrived and surprised me with a cake delivered to my room;such a thoughtful gesture. To make things even more special, the owner personally offered us free drinks to celebrate. The entire place was spotless, very well maintained, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and respectful. From start to finish, it felt warm and welcoming.
