The hospitality at this guesthouse was exceptional. Aya was incredibly kind, always ready to offer helpful advice and assistance. A heartfelt thank you for the delicious homemade breakfasts. The hosts’ attention to detail and availability were outstanding. The breakfast was not only excellent but also very generous. The value for money is unbeatable. A beautiful restored mansion situated in the old city of Fez. We stayed there for seven nights and enjoyed it very much. Maryam, Muhammad and the other staff members did their best to verify that we feel at home. Giving us great advice about touring the city, offering beautiful excursions outside of Fez tailored by our interests and wishes,, were additional highlights. We enjoyed very much the private dinner cooked by the talented staff member whose name, embarrassingly, we do not remember. The roof was a great place to watch the sunset. A highly recommended place to stay in Fez

We stayed on the first floor (room 2) and loved every minute of our stay. We received a warm welcome by the owner Mohammed and the new receptionist/ caretaker Bushra with a very friendly chat and Moroccon mint tea. Mohammed and Bushra went way beyond their duties to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately our son was unwell during the visit and we had to stay in the Riad all the time, but we were never bored. Bushra was always available with a pleasant smile to help us and answer our questions. The breakfast was varied with Moroccon breads and omelette/eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. Having breakfast on the terrace was the best way to start the day :) We were also offered packed breakfast on our last day as we had to leave early. The other caretaker Zakaria was also friendly and kind to allow us to have our dinner on the terrace (note that take away is not very popular in Fes) and providing plates and cutlery. He also arranged a taxi to the airport on our last day. The Riad itself is beautiful, very well maintained and clean, and the location in the middle of the medina is perfect to visit the old town. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit again. Big thank you to Mohammed, Bushra and Zakaria for making our stay pleasant at the Riad. Outstanding! Thank you so much. Also warned us to print out our boarding passes (it seems as Fes airport does not accept mobile boarding passes). Great breakfast. The heater / air conditioner worked great and it was no problem to run it through the night (make sure to hang a sock in front of the LED-Display ;-)).

We arrived Riad Farah very late in the evening after our bus trip from Chefchouven. Thanks to all the help from the hotel staff’s arrangement, we arrived safely to Riad Farah around midnight. We had an enjoyable stay in the beautiful and clean room. The staff, Mohamad is very nice and prepared us take away breakfast as we had to start early the desert tour and could not have breakfast in Riad Farah.

That said, there were a couple of small issues. The blanket in our room didn’t have a cover, which felt a bit unhygienic for us. Additionally, even though we pre-ordered dinner for the second night, the portion sizes could have been a bit larger. For future guests, I highly recommend booking directly through their website rather than third-party platforms, as doing so includes complimentary dinner along with breakfast. Through Booking.com, only breakfast was included.

We have only one word. Fantastic! The guesthouse is beautifully designed by the owners. There is a very nice courtyard where you can sit. The room is super nice with crisp white sheets and everything taken care of to perfection. Wow, we enjoyed it immensely.

    The staff was super friendly and spoke English very well. They also have a cool cafe downstairs where they serve Moroccan dishes with a modern twist. Very affordable prices. The rooms were good and very clean, but don't expect anything fancy. The location was also very good, it's not right in the Medina itself, but right next to the main entrance gate (which means that it's accessible by car).

    This Riad is located in an amazing central location, I arrived late but Aziz picked me up from the blue gate , he made me feel at home in this beautiful gem . The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. He booked a full day guided tour ( Rachid )for me and also suggested where I can eat ( delicious food and cheap) . The bed was comfy and the room wad very clean and spacious . There is a nice view from the roof top to the old city not to miss

    Great location in the heart of old medina. Most helpful staff you could wish for, Reda improved our first impression of Fez, made us wellcome mint tea, and made great reccomendations for restaurant and spots to visit, even helped us with printing boarding passrs and organizing cheaper transport to airport then usual, always smiling and available to talk about anything, he was trully the highlight of our trip to Fes. Good rooms with nice details, very clean and mainteined daily, very comfortable beds. Highly reccomended.
