Had a great tima At Udara’S place! We had a lovely welcome,and Udara gave us a lot information about his garden. Room was big and clean. Udara’s mum prepared us a dinner-so far the best one we Had in Sri Lanka.

Paradise. This stay was one of my favourite in Sri Lanka. Even Before we arrived they had been so thoughtful, they organised the transport for a very fare price and since the warm welcome (with umbrellas cause it was raining) to The safari they organised for us with the picnic that was amazing (even with short notice) they surprised us. Special mention to Upul, who went beyond every day and night to make us feel so special. We visited wild culture in our honeymoon and they give us great memories, so I can’t thank enough. Distance to Yala park it’s pretty good. I read many comments before booked about the food price, let me tell was perfectly reasonable and accurate for the service, i left just one page of the menu. Also, breakfast was like a huge Brunch, once again Upul was very attendant about what we like and always offered a bit more. Rooms are huge, very well maintained and lovely decorated. Bed was comfortable, the pillows I didn’t like that much but that’s really personal i prefer the hard ones. Do not hesitate about this hotel, we have really high standards and they have been beyond expectations it’s even better than pictures.

Very close to Yala National Park. Good facilities for large group. We booked one triple and one family room. Ample space for groups to hang out. Very clean. Very nice food too. We enjoyed our stay. They arranged us safari at reasonable rate with breakfast packs. Clean pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance.

Unique place, really beautiful garden area and cozy rooms. Comfortable bed. Food was really good and staff was amazingly nice. We enjoyed especially the bushwalk tour in the nearby area with Yakaduru staff and watching the sunset in the rocks behind the hotel. The (morning) safari bpoked through hotel was also very we'll arranged: they offer you tea/coffee in the hotel before heading to the safari, they give you a basket of soft drinks for safari and serve breakfast when you return.

Yala Jungle Haven, as its name imply, is quite a haven in the jungle. It is quite literally next to Yala National Park. So, the jungle hut is rustic, and my room have seen visitations from many frogs and geckos. You will hear many bird calls early in the morning, which is wonderful if you are into birding. But the best part is the owner Thushara, who is also a safari driver+guide. So if you book this accom, go with their safari! He is very experienced as evident in his driving and wildlife spotting skills. We had THREE (3) sightings of leopards and even a sloth bear! While wildlife sightings need the element of luck, one of the sighting of the leopard was initially spotted by him, so yes our vehicle was the first on the encounter. The sloth bear too. Needless to say, I had one of the best safari experience ever. Oh, their homecooked dinner is authentic curry & rice cooked by Thushara's parents :)

We had the most magnificent stay at Hilton Yala. Everything was perfect. You could really see that the hotel was newly built, everything in the room was perfect and designed to perfection and the rooms are very spacious. The personal was also super helpful and very friendly and catered all of our wishes. We even had the chance to see an elephant only a few meters away while we were laying on the pool and he entered the property which was amazing! Would definitely go back immeadiately.
