Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

I had a fantastic experience at this property! The food was delicious, local food with a great variety. We stayed 2 nights in 2 double villas. We had a family gathering in their restaurant and we had a few personal requests for meal arrangements, staff gave us their full support and we are thankful to the staff. Pool was nice and well maintained. Night time atmosphere was amazing in the property. Only 10 minutes walk to the Kala wewa dam and 10 minutes drive to the famous Aukana statue. Food was also delicious.

Full marks in every department. The location is very near the lion’s rock, the hotel has every facility you need, including a well maintained pool, the staff was also very helpful & kind. The food & views at the hotel are really good too.

What an amazing stay! Beautiful boutique property with just 6 rooms. Property looks way better in reality than in pictures. Our room was super comfortable and felt luxurious. Lovely bathroom. Amazing pool which my child thoroughly enjoyed. Very helpful, kind, and smiling staff. Beautiful breakfast filled with local delicacies as well as as standards like eggs, cake, bread etc. They serve amazing fresh fruits during breakfast. My son fell in love with the mangoes and the staff were just so kind and indulged my son even when he asked for mango for dinner too (they didn't even charge us for this). The staff also organised local tours for us at very reasonable prices with most reliable car and driver. All in all, this was the best place in srilanka during our trip. Just go ahead and book it!

Super cozy place with the most wonderful and genuinely caring owners. The homestay is located a few hundred meters off the main road with walking distance to several restaurants. You can get to Sigiriya and Pidurangala rock within abour 10-15 min by car or tuktuk. The breakfast that the owners cooked for us was one of the best meals we had during our whole trip.
