Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

Great location in the middle of a really timy village, completely surrounded by nature. The nicest host family, who made everything to make our stay comfortable. We had wonderful dinner and breakfast. Really calm and beautiful place. Beautiful clean room with hot water. We really recommend renting a bike and biking to the Ritigala mountain.

Well, everything: - most importantly service provided by hotel staff, from the very first encounter. After long drive through the Sri Lankan traffic I was tired and the guy from the hotel met me by the road on his scooter to guide me to the accommodation - they had open kitchen with a variety of dishes at 21 o’clock which was perfect as me and my wife were tired to go out to look for places to eat - the territory is enclosed with a fence and they have parking spots, so it was ideal for me with rented car - the room was clean, smelled fresh and new (something I found hard to find in many hotels). - they have all necessary toiletry including hair drier - the room is very big, the bed is comfortable. - the territory is beautiful, lots of greens but the room and terrace feel private space because of greenery that separates the territory - nice breakfast - the property is close to the entrance to Sigiriya National Museum

This place boasts an amazing view – it's worth staying here for that. You'll find a clean, spacious room, an excellent pool, and even monkeys in the trees right next to the veranda. The breakfasts are good and filling, and you can easily walk to Lion Rock. ​The only downside is the road leading to the main one (about 300-400 meters), which isn't lit and has many stray dogs. It's quite unpleasant to walk at night, but you can always take a tuk-tuk to get where you need to go.

Perfect location. Beautiful home stay. The best breakfast in sri lanka. All the suggestions and advices the owner gave us were great and handy and we thank the fate that we chose this accomodation as what we had was by far more than what we paid for !

We spent in hotel only 1 night but if we would stay in Sigiriya longer we would definetly stay here. The second we came, personal were so nice and helpful. Location of hotel is amazing, walk distance to Lion rock and 20 min with tuk tuk to Dambulla caves. The room was spacious, clean, with amazing view. Breakfast in morning was amazing, homemade mix of western and traditional sri lankan dishes with fresh cut fruit. 10/10
