When we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Iqbal, who is a very friendly person. He explained to us that they were overbooked and we were upgraded to a better room, free of charge. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach. In the same alley on the main road there is a small local restaurant with delicious food and the best prices in town (on google maps - Bite for break, otherwise restaurant's name is Manha Restaurant). Mr. Iqbal was very helpful, and he also explained to us the bus connections to our next destination. If you have any problem, you just call him. Also arranges scooter rental for a good price. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. You can't go wrong booking with them!

My time at stay golden was amazing. The staff and the owners were extremely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The location is great, close enough for a short walk to the surf spot but far enough that you don't get caught up in the loud nightlife. The room was big, clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended and I'll be coming back for sure!

We felt like home, everything is made for you to feel good, the pool is amazing, bungalows are super comfy, restaurant is really good (even the European food but also the local food not to spicy l, you can ask on demand), owners really helpful, friendly, here for you and the staff is joyful and super friendly to ! It was great stay at star rest beach hotel .the hos (Owner) Abdullah was a superb guy .he is professional surfing trainer. He took me to peanut parm and crocodile rock. When I lost my way he quickly came and pick me up from the beach. The hotel location was great because very quiet place and helpful staff. The hotel itself had a place to eat and make your own food. The room was very clean and WiFi was excellent.

The female dorm was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfy. Location was great! And the pool and garden is very beautiful. It is very calm at night which was prefect for me. If you look for a more communicative hostel where you can meet other travellers I would advise another one though.
