We arrived very early in the morning (after a night journey on a sleeping bus), but we were warmly welcomed and able to leave our luggage. By around 10 a.m., our room was ready, which we appreciated greatly. We spent a couple of very peaceful days, something that is very important to us. We loved the quick responses, excellent communication, cleanliness, and attentive service from Xavier and his wife. We used their laundry service, and our clothes were returned clean within a few hours. We also rented a motorbike from them to explore some waterfalls along part of the loop, and everything worked perfectly. Lastly, we purchased tickets to Don Det through them, with pickup directly from the accommodation. Everything was punctual and convenient. Without a doubt, we would stay here again if we ever return to Pakse. Khop tchaï laï laï 🙏🏼 Merci beaucoup 🙏🏼

This was such an amazing stay. Samlee & Jeremie are the best hosts and helped us with getting to Cambodia as well as hiring a bike. They are friendly and accommodating and genuinely made the stay such a joyful experience. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! :-) The room was spacious and clean, it had great bedding and great towels (i love the yellow theme!)

The perfect hotel to spend a quiet stay. The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, a very comfortable bed. The pool is definitely a great extra! You can leave your luggage when doing scooter or motorbike trips. The scooter itself you can also rent through the hotel. And although in walking distance from the Center, the hotel also offers a shuttle bus in the evening. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

I love it that they have dorms for female travelers. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom cleaned frequently, very helpful staffs helped me booked tuktuks for going to the temples and bus stations, and you could book tours here if there’s enough people going together. I stayed three nights and loved my time there.

Tina was such a wonderful host! She gave great advice about the loop, helped us with everything (scooter, laundry, bus) and made us really feel at home. We had a massive and delicious family dinner with her, the staff and other guests. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning. If you want to relax and enjoy a few days in Paksé (after the loop), we definitely recommend Heaven Guesthouse. Thank you so much!
