The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

Oli, the manager, is fantastic, available, and very helpful. When we first entered the apartment, we noticed that the bed in the bedroom was broken, and she quickly reacted and changed it with a new one. The residency is calm and the neighborhood is fancy, safe, and wonderful. The Mega Mall is very near as well as resturants. I The ratio quality and price is very good. I strongly recommend Five Business-class rooms in R-house.

Really nice property with secure entrance. The owner met us there to show us how to get in etc. Really good communication and was patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than arranged. Property itself was lovely and we enjoyed our stay there.

The place was absolutely lovely! My friend and I were talking about how cozy it is, especially during the winter, as you can see the snowfall through the big windows. Everything you need is there—there’s a washing machine, hair dryer, pots, and plates for cooking. We loved it and will definitely recommend it! Hope to be back soon!
