Natalay was our superhero ! She was super supportive when a cab driver took our money. She informed security at exit, and we went after the cab on a hotel golf cart to recover from the driver. This was an extraordinary and impressive act the way she cared for their hotel guests. We have travelled 84 countries so far and have not seen this kind of commitment by any hotel staff !

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, with lots of markets and eateries within walking distance. The mountain view was absolutely fabulous, and the house itself was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very attentive and always ready to provide support whenever required. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, yet very convenient in terms of location. Highly recommended!
