The house we stayed at was very nice. It has ample room and it’s very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was in gated community, the area has 2 restaurants and beach access. Since it was a business trip, it's very difficult to find a hotel in the area - I think this is a good alternative.

I had an exceptional experience. Mr. Rakhat, the main person in charge, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did he assist with hotel booking, but he also helped us finalize a full-day trip around Issyk-kul and arranged a private mini-bus for us. His son, Azirek, was equally helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our trip special. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and warm – perfect for the cold weather outside. Additionally, the villa's great location, only 200 meters away from the lake, made it convenient for us to enjoy stunning views and take leisurely walks along the shore. The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Rakhat was very welcoming and gave us great information about the property and surroundings. He was very flexible with our check-in time. We also visited the thermal pool on the property which was a very relaxing experience. We definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely property! Very friendly and helpful owners! Room is very clean and has everything you need : washing machine, AC, TV , WIfi , first aid kit, kitchen kit…. One double bed and a sofa, so perfect for a family of 3 people. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend, true to price !

I was looking for a place to stay at the last minute around Issyk Kul. This was perfect for a bigger group like us (6 people). Its very easy to find the apartment complex. Mr Rakhat was present to show us the apartment and helped us with accessing hot spring pool. he also helped us with other recommendations. Location itself was pretty good with close access to beach. Apartment was also fully equipped with kitchen and other necessary things.
