Beautiful little house, very spacious for two people and good value. Our host Mizuho was extremely helpful with information, leaving us little surprise snacks and even driving us to Toyama station when we checked out. The house is 15-20 minutes way from the main cbd/Toyama Station, so you need to get a local bus if you don’t have a car. But there are helpful instructions at the property, and we found it a bit of an adventure to catch the bus. Also you get lovely views of the mountains when walking in the neighbourhood, which you don’t get in the cbd. Also recommend the Yakatori restaurant near the house. Cosy vibe and delicious food.

it was the perfect stiffness for the bed, the airconditioning was perfectly placed and did not cause me to have a cold. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast had incredible variety. I would always come back here :)

The location is near Toyama station, easy access and have a fair space for parking for those who travels with car. The facility was spacious, clean, really worth the money, and have a spacious living room—great for sharing space. Amenities, towels, hair dryer, the cutleries, instruments for cooking and plenty of air condition was great. The staff's response was quick and warm, guiding us through step by step. Definitely worth for the money and will be using it again in the future. Overall, solid 8 stars. Great service, facility and location.

    This traditional-style hotel is literally next to the ticket office. The location is perfect, the rooms are in very good condition and very clean. The staff are so nice, very helpful and the hotel is family run. Dinner and breakfast is also very good. There is also a hot bath on the first floor (お風呂)

    Alpine crossing stop, easy to find. Lodge is pretty basic, and run efficiently to suit location. Meals at set times, limited access to lounge/cafe/dining hall at other times. Limited shared bathroom. OK for 1 night, but not an ideal place to stay indoors if you're planning a few nights stay. Lodge shuttle back to Murodo was helpful.

    The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. The food we had for breakfast and dinner was fantastic, and the same can be said for the bento box that was great fuel for our hike up to Mount Tateyama. The location of this lodge is phenomenal and is ideal for enjoying the great outdoors. We had to shorten our two night stay to one due to unforeseen circumstances and we were reimbursed our last minute cancelation.

    Excellent location next to visitor centre and cable car station. Facilities were very clean. Used the shared fridge with no problem. Onsen left skin feeling silky. Dinner had interesting dishes.

    The location to Tateyama Cable car is unbeatable. Easy to catch early cable car for alpine route. The room and facilities are super super clean. Even the toilets are shared but it is always clean. The onsen is very clean too.
