We travelled for 4 months through Japan all the way from the very north of Japan (Rishiri Island) to the South of Kyushu and this is one of the best value for money accommodations we experienced. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and you have your own bathroom. We actually ended up staying here on 3 separate occasions because it was so good.

It was a perfect place to escape from the noisy city, get relaxed, just take a look around. Greal location facing the lake, very quiet and comfortable. It was extremely clean even for Japan. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of places of interest around and different hot springs. Great value for money.

Very nice house with great facilities. We especially like the onsen that you can book for private time. Location is great if you are visiting Lake Shirakaba. It's probably the best around the area.

Reception host was amazing, he was so kind to drive us to izayaka! Traditional japanese room was perfect, great experience for first time travelers :) Hotel was very, very clean. Taxi from Chino was around 2,5k yen.
