Everything. From the moment we arrived in front of hotel, until the moment we left the hotel back to airport. Sublime service. The very polite lady from the bell desk even continue waived us good byes accros the street! That was really touched our hearts. We have been around the world staying in top luxury resorts and hotels, but we never encountered such personal attention and care to their guests! Simply amazing service culture! Quality is the same as you see in photos, with good balcony facing river, excellent locations to restaurants, walking distance to 天神 & Canal City, 20mins walk from Hakata Station. I stayed with family of 3, and definitely will come back as it’s value-for-money. Plenty of parking spaces nearby, and taxi to airport costs only ¥2000+.
