Exceeded my expectations. Super clean, no cost to use laundry and free detergent, bed was only a thin mattress on a base (not much thicker than a futon) but it was surprisingly comfy. The free breakfast was amazing! It was a small range but it was more akin to breakfast in an expensive hotel. Some Japanese and western options. Delonghi coffee machine and milk available (which can be uncommon in Japan). Nice communal area.

I stayed in a double room capsule hotel here and found the overall hotel to be very beautiful, especially the lounge area. I had a bad cough and asked one of the staff late at night if there was anywhere I could get medicine. The staff told me that there was nowhere at this time, but then gave me cough drops that she had for herself which I found to be really nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient for people looking to explore the main attractions of the Hakone area.
