Everything was great. It is an old traditional Japanese house. very cozy. Kei, the host, was unbelievable nice and helpful. He even left some fruits, vegetables and other snacks for us. the house is very beautiful, a lot of space, kitchen is very good equipped if you want to cool yourself. we loved it and would always come back. thank you!

Best location, 2 mins walk from Nagano station even though it’s the quieter side of Nagano. The staff is very helpful, helped me with the luggage delivery service. The room was maintained well also had a good view!👍🏻

Room was way more than I was expecting, stayed for one night, wish I could've stayed another! Room size was big for Japanese standards with a great view of the city and mountains. There were plenty of amenities (The coffee/tea machine was fun to use!), lots of nice relaxing bathroom treats too, thank you! Shower was great and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The cinnamon rolls and fresh apples were delicious! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!! ありがとうございます!
