This house is one of the few places on the island where you can stay in a modern atmosphere. Great location in the north of Iriomote, close to the port for sea excursions and close to pretty beaches. Ako was an amazing and super helpful host. She even came round to make sure we managed to get the only ferry off the island that was running due to Tsunami warnings. Also provided 2 bikes free of charge for our use. Great location - easily accessible by public transport and 2 min walk to beach.

Very happy with my stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice and I had a small balcony. The breakfast for 500 yen is good. The building is nice and well maintained. You can walk easily from the ferry.
