The location was great it was so easy to get to shops and transport. With trains, buses and the monorail I was spoilt for choice. Easy walking distance to some historic Japanese sights. The Hotel was quiet and clean. My room was kept so beautifully tidy and clean by the cleaner. The receptionists were very helpful and lovely.

The location is excellent. Only about 3-5 mins walk from Chiba East Exit. Many restaurants and convient stores near by. Excellent staff offering great service. I had to print out some important document at 2am, their reception staff did it without any complaint. I am really grateful with their help.

Loved the location. In the same “building” as Chiba JR Station. Lawson less than 50m away on the second floor and 7-11 right across the road. Large lobby on the 4th Floor. Rooms are decent and normal Japanese size hotel rooms. Clean and comfortable. Booked this place because of its proximity to Makuhari Messe Exhibiton Centre. Direct NEX to Narita in half and hour (select and specific times).

The location was perfect, it was close to amenities and most importantly, transport, which made it very easy to get around. The hotel and staff were absolutely lovely; nothing was too much for them to assist you with, and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.
