Gorgeous place, really big and beautifully designed. Despite being next door to the train station it was much quieter than expected. It was a bit further down the street than the Google map location, on the corner of the block but it was a perfect. Highly recommended with super helpful owners.

The property was perfect for our group of 5 for our 2 night stay. The washing machine/dryer works great, bathroom was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, even the fold out sofa bed was nice to sleep on. Heaters were a godsend. Kitchen was well stocked and although we didn’t use the appliances we can see the extra mile the property goes.

It’s perfect for spending a few days. It’s far enough from Takayama’s historic center to be peaceful, yet close enough to easily walk there. The house is perfectly equipped; the downstairs room is a bonus for the kids, giving them their own space. Very convenient access and parking available both at the house and on the nearby street. It has a washing machine, which made it easier for us to do laundry and continue our trip. We really liked it and would definitely come back.

The ambiance is really cozy and relaxing. Very clean; well maintained. The jacuzzi really made the difference. The place is very private, you have the whole floor for yourself. Love that they have 1 parking reserved for guests plus free bike rental. Highly recommend this place.
