The breakfast spread is not elaborate but provides for a sufficient morning meal . There is a coffee maker in the lobby where u can have coffee any time . There is ice vending machine and a microwave for use in the lobby . Also located are coin operated washing machines . There are free shuttle buses available for the Gotemba outlets which makes it convincing for those using this as a base fo shopping . Being located outside the station , all public transport is available at a 100 distance . Buses towards Kawaguchiko and Hakone run frequently from here It is a clean and well kept hotel with friendly staff I would surely recommend this place .

The staffs are very helpful. I was able to add them on WhatsApp and asked for help. They responded immediately. They helped me order a taxi too. The surrounding area has different restaurants to visit too. It is in walking distance to the convenience store. My room can see clearly the Mount Fuji. You get to experience how the local live, very traditional, very Japanese.
