"The stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was absolutely lovely—fresh, delicious, and served in a beautiful setting. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the cozy ambiance, made my experience special. Also, the location is just perfect—right in the heart of the city, with everything I needed just a short walk away. It truly made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Thank you for such a warm and memorable stay. I would definitely love to come back again."

The moment we got to the hotel we were treated like royalties. Amin (Front office champion) made sure we were looked after and came up to our room to make sure all was 100% (it was) The breakfasts were just what we needed. Ehab the restaurant manager made sure we were looked after and even made me “Arabic” coffee …. During breakfast each day. The waiter and the chef faffed about us (and all the guests) making sure we had a magic breakfast. On our second night we were so tired we decided not to go out to a local restaurant and settled in for the hotels Buffett… it offered a good range of Arabic food and once again the service was magical (including another, now famous, coffee made by Ehab) So. From the “valet” parking wonderful meals and service that was simply out of this world, My wife and I would like to thank the Kaya Hotels management and staff, it made us feel so special ..

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The aircondition was effective and very quiet. The room was quiet with no street noise. The breakfast was typical Jordanian and good (the halva nougat was fantastic). But best of all was the staff and owner. We felt so welcomed and were so well taken care of, especially by Hadi who was so thoughtful and polite. We received a lot of recommendations for restaurants and sights from the staff and owner. Everyone spoke excellent English, which made it all the more easier. This is not a given in Jordan. We had a wonderful stay in Amman, and the staff at Sandra Hotel made our stay even better. Excellent location with walking distance to many attracttions and fantastic restaurants. There is a small shop just across the street for convenience. Bottled water is readily available from reception. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, close to the Citadelle and Centre where we ate at some restaurants that were recommended by the hotel staff. The breakfast was good, typical Jordanian food plus omelets and pancakes. The staff were amazing, always ahead of what you may need and providing information on activities and places to visit. The bed was fantastic!
