I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Everything was well taken care of, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. If I return to this area, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This villa is just amazing! It is so nice and stylish, it has spacious outdoor territory with parking, small garden and terrace. Hosts Viviana and Marta were very kind to us and helpful, we are grateful to them! Room is lovely, has a big window with nice view. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of varieties. All in all highly-recommended, I wish to come back again!

Nice clean location overlooking the lake. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. I would come and stay here again. Short drive to Lecco where we had several meals. Lots of selections for breakfast in the hotel. Free parking.

Location was great, is near to Train station going to Menaggion and also Lierna Boat station to go to Bellagio and Menaggio. Room was super clean and felt myself as in my home. Bathroom is big enough and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous. We would recommend. The owners Giuseppe and Antonella are very friendly and helpful. After check out we Ieft our bags in the hotel for comfortable walk and came back to take it 5-6 PM. I really appreciate.

One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, and the attention to detail was incredible. You can really tell that Aliona puts a lot of love and care into the house. It has amazing views of the lake from the kitchen and a little terrace where you can eat on nice days! Additionally, Aliona left us several items in the fridge as a gift so we could have breakfast—milk, ham, jams, bread, coffee, etc. We had a wonderful stay there. The hosts are a lovely family, always ready to help and make our stay easier. They even went the extra mile by saving us a parking spot with their own car, which they moved when we arrived. I highly recommend it—don’t hesitate to rent 'Le Rose Sul Lago'! Extra tip: If you love cats, this is also the place for you. Aliona has about 5 cats, and if you're patient and know how to approach them, you can get them to come over and pet them.

Nice view of the lake and probably the best value for money on Como lake in my opinion. The hotel is practically new and everything is just as expected: clean, comfy and cozy. Considering that the building is more than 300 years old I love how they kept many interior details untouched. Regardless of everything inside being high-tech and modern equipped, you get the vibe of the late baroque or early renaissance that come from these details. The location is perfect, there are bars and restaurants around the hotel and across the street by the lake. Also there is city of Lecco, which is a big enough city to get you anything you might left back home before your trip. And than there is Andrea, the manager of the hotel that I can't thank enough for making our stay as best as possible. We might have been high-maintenance guests at a few moments, but he fixed our “touristy challenges” like a pro :) For the last part, the one thing that will stay rooted in memories was the piano that plays music by itself. If you stay there, you should hear and see that thing playing. It's an experience for itself.

    The apartment was perfect for our family of seven, including a baby. It had all the facilities we needed. The space was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was in a peaceful, beautiful area surrounded by mountains, and the drive to nearby cities was very manageable (within 30 minutes usually). The host was also extremely kind, lovely and welcoming. If you are looking for a stay in the lake Como area, this location is highly recommended!

    The hosts were charming and very helpful. I organised a cool bachelorette party for my dearest friend and the location was spectacular, also the house has its court with chickens and rabbits that are walking around while you are having your breakfast at the terrace:)

    The owner Roberta is very nice person. The breakfast things were a lot and good quality. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is good, if you have a car and there is free parking place near the apartment.
