This is a clean and well-maintained apartment located in a small, safe neighborhood between Buonconvento and San Quirico d’Orcia. Above all, the host lady was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the terrace was also beautiful. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Tuscany.

We (two adults and two teenagers)walked Via Francigena from Ponte a Tressa to Buonconvento and found that beautiful apartament on Booking.com. The apartment had everything we needed, or even more than we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen, preferred to eat in the restaurant. The flat was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds and stunning bathroom. Caterina was superb host. Her dinner recommendation was great, and we watched Italy-Croatia group stage match with locals, amazing atmosphere. We would love to stay at Il Nido again!

Beautiful apartment in a central location. Gemma met us at the apartment and gave our daughter a beautiful bottle of red wine, as she knew it was her 30th birthday. Such a beautiful personal touch. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in this very pretty town.

A fantastic stay. The host, Ana, was remarkably kind and helpful. The breakfast was delectable and made with local, fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the weather and the view while eating breakfast outside. If you're seeking for a site from which to visit towns and villages in the Val D'Orcia, the location was ideal. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. The restroom was incredibly tidy and equipped with everything you would need.

A truly memorable experience in the Tuscan countryside. The staff goes above and beyond even the utmost levels of professional courtesy, being very amicable and welcoming, accommodating all reasonable requests, and even providing indispensable assistance under special circumstances. Our ride to the airport booked through Booking.com was rendered unavailable at the last moment and would have missed the flight had it not been for the managers of this accommodation to provide a viable alternative, even when Booking.com had failed to do so. Everything from the clean facilities, spectacular location, the refined local wine produced locally and the overall ambience will leave an indelible imprint into your memory.

    Location excellent in heart of Tuscany. The hosts were brilliant. Lovely family. Went out of their way, to ensure everything was good for me. Like when I arrived, I detected the wifi was not working. I believe they spoke to th wifi provider, but there was some delay, so the family immediately picked up a mobile wifi connector for me, that solved everything. I would be very happy to return.

    I had a wonderful experience here. The location was absolutely stunning, and the warm hospitality I received made me feel truly welcome. Additionally, having on-site parking was very convenient, and I loved the well-equipped kitchen (though it didn’t have a microwave)

    Very spacious apartment with a large and comfortable living room. Very clean and with everything you could possibly need. Just a few steps off the Via Francigena and an easy walk to a supermercado. We would love to have stayed longer and would definitely recommend it.
