I made a last-minute change to this accommodation because the weather on the north and west coast of Sardinia was worse. The accommodation is very nice and tastefully furnished. There is free parking nearby. The key was handed over personally and we returned it at check-out at 10:00 sharp. The apartment is nicely furnished, with many small attentions. There is a large living room and kitchen, the kitchen is well equipped, there is also a microwave. The bathroom also has small toiletries and a washing machine. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the hot water, but they tried to fix it very kindly and quickly, thank you very much. The bedroom also has air conditioning. There is a small, closed inner courtyard, without a view, but you can sit outside for a coffee. Ideal accommodation for two people. We didn't look at Siniscola much, we just shopped. La Caletta is the closest beach where you can swim, but we didn't go there, but to the wonderful beaches of nearby San Teodoro. Nearby is Posada, a very cozy little town.

Such a beautiful, almost panoramic view from the property! The host couple were so nice, They gave me coffee and cookies on arrival. My GPS took me to a half built and abandoned house near the main road. If this happens to you, just keep driving straight up the hill until you see sign posts directing you to the accommodation.

Good value for money. The location is very good, I booked for 5 nights and I felt safe the whole time. Parking available and free on Roma street. Pizzeria Sairrock is very close and they have good pizza. The owner is nice and helpful. The apartment has kitchen on the ground floor, bathroom and nice terrace on the 1st floor, bedroom and another big terrace on the 2nd floor. There is air conditioning in each room, which is a very big plus. The apartment was clean, with everything you need as cooking utensils, kitchen towels, garbage bags, sponge, dishwashing detergent and in the bathroom there’s a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo. The bed was comfortable for us and the espresso machine made our mornings happy. The owner left us cold water in the fridge, I appreciated it. Easy check-in and check-out. For us it was a pleasant experience, the stay and Sardinia.

A simple but well renewed house welcome you in one of the most beautiful place in Sardegna. The house is provided with two entrance, tree bedrooms, air conditioning, a simple but complete kitchen, sat tv and other amenities. Everything is pretty new and well decorated.
