We liked everything here. The owner is a great person, very friendly and very dedicated. It helped us with useful advice. It was the best accomodation we had in years. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were very clean and equiped with quality materials. Internet worked perfectly. The building itself breathes history, since it was old and beautifully restaurated. The breakfast serving is a different story here: well organized, quality food, good conversations with the owner. The location is close to the beaches of Lignano and Bibione (30 min by car) and to the cities of Trieste or Venice (1h30min by car) and it was perfect to us.

Everything was perfect, accomodation is spacious, with kitchen, and terrace, newly refurbished and decorated. There is a restaurant and bar near the apartments so it was very handy for an evening meal. Staff was very helpful. Delicious breakfast too. Thank you. Highly recommended.

The host, Noris, was amazing, very welcoming, and happy to chat with us, which was lovely. Her accommodation was beautiful, as is she. We left feeling that this is one place and experience we will always remember and already telling friends about.     Newly renovated with en-suite bathroom and adjoining wardrobe with hangers - very practical. Mosquito net on the window. The location itself is very quiet and pleasant; safe parking at the property is available. The owner was very kind and offered us to use the fridge in the dining room kitchen even though we didn't have breakfast.

    The premises are very nice, and the house is too. Very clean too. They were really nice to upgrade me to an en suite room. Parking is within the garden, it felt save to leave my car packed here.

    The people are very nice and allowed us to stay in the garden and the breakfast area for a long time after check-out. The estate is beautiful and there is a nice restaurant just a few min walking from here at a gorgeous river with lots of fish right there. The food is cheap and tasty. Everything is very clean and the water from the spring is free and tasty.
