    Good and understanding staff who waited for us, even though we were 1.5 hours late from the possible check-in time. Excellent location of the hotel, in a valley between the mountains with beautiful views. Large car park.

    First impression at the reception - staff very kind and helpful. Beautiful room, nice location, great recommendation to visit the restaurant nearby (5km) with our dogs. Great relaxation in wellness. So tasty breakfast. Very satisfied with this stay!

    Excelent location, great staff (lady Maria from dining room is the best !!!) and very clean facility. Spa area exceeded our expectations, ski depo is easiliy accesible and very well organised as well as gym. Food was correct, tasty and in line with hotel rating and price policy (that's why I stress out one more time - great value for money)
