The appartment is very clean and decently equipped. The owners are extremely helpful and forthcoming. Since they only just started out we were missing some kitchen utensils, but after informing Ornella she provided them the same day!

Everything. Breakfast it is excellent and a lot of choices. The lady in the morning asks if we want to drink cappuccino, and it is delicious. Rooms are too cute 😍 and clean. Also, the bathroom. You can come to a hotel driving the car through the restricted area (walking area), but this is nothing strange 🙂 Hotel sometimes have parking to offer (it is approx.7 min.by walk) and 20e day OR you can find free parking space, marked by white lines on the street. On the blue lines, you need to pay. And on orange, it is not allowed to park. On Bellagio you can easily find free parking in the evening or early in the morning.

This hotel offers everything what you would like to have to be looked after. We are very experienced travellers and used to stop in different hotels and being in Hotel Du Lac & SPA we felt like we stopped in a 5 stars hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations. The location was very good and the views the hotel offers were gorgeous. Our room was always super clean. The breakfast had excellent variety and the staff was caring and helpful. I would like particularly to thank Ganga for looking after me, her attention to my wishes. All receptionists were extremely helpful as well and very friendly but Sara was just amazing. She helped us with everything we needed. Huge THANKS to all of you making our holiday SUPER special!!!

The hosts have been very friendly at all times. They have taken care of our check-in and have helped us every time we had doubts. The place is beautiful, large, ideal for families or friends because it has large common spaces and rooms as well. It has a very nice park and a fully equipped kitchen to cook if you wish. It was perfect. It is near the lake and your balcony is over the lake. Also very close to center just 3 minutes walk by seaside. You can go to Varenna (to me the best place in Como) with a train in 10 minutes. You can go to Bellagio from varenna by boat. There is coffee and tea in the house. We enjoyed very much

    The location is secluded and has a stunning view. The breakfast area has a view over lake Como and has a reasonable selection (toast, croissants, some meats/cheese, eggs, sweets, fruits, and yoghurt. The staff is nice but can sometimes be not present because I think everything is run by 1 person. Hotel has a private parking lot that has room for about 7-8 cars I’d say. Across there is street parking.
