Closeness to the old historical Orvietto centre by car, parking spot right next to the house entrance, large size of the appartment and very well equipped kitchen. The view on one side was towards the Orvietto hill and on the other towards the railway. The sound proofing of the house was great also, as the trains going past were not heard.

The hostest was fantastic. She provided a bagged breakfast due to our early departure and arranged for a taxi to pick us up in the morning. This a family business where you can see that they take great pride in their property. One of our best stays in 4 weeks in Italy!

Can't praise enough this hotel. The staff was hospitable, the rooms were clean. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was a great selection and the location of the hotel is prime since it's just adjacent to the Duomo.
