Very clean and looks like a new place, nice and bright! Helpful and friendly owners if you need anything. Bedroom with good bed, bathroom, bed couch, little desk, wardrobe, balcony., Only kitchen is shared including all facilities you need, no problem and during my stay nobody used the kitchen. Very nice apartment with all the facilities, full kitchen equipment and absolutely everything needed in an apartment. We practically didn't have to buy anything during our stay. The hosts were amazing, kind, explained everything needed and greeted us with a fridge full of juices, water and kitchen full of snacks and coffee. We were stunned with the hospitality. Parking was very easy, in front of the house with always empty spots. My warmest recommendation for Mamma Maria.

A Hidden Gem on the Edge of Rome! Our stay in Monterotondo was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was spacious, crystal clean, and beautifully renovated with a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort. It truly felt like we were the very first guests — everything was immaculate and thoughtfully arranged. Nestled right in the heart of the village, the location gave us a true taste of Italian life. Although it's just a 30-minute drive or about an hour by bus from Rome, it felt like we had stepped into a peaceful Tuscan vineyard setting — quiet, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. The building itself has a lovely historical character, yet the interiors are fresh and stylish, offering all the comforts of a modern home. It felt more like staying in a homely Italian house than a typical rental — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Rome while enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the countryside. We would definitely love to return!

It was pretty cool. The city is better than expected, has some movement and nice people It’s very easy and fast to go to Rome… and I made it by car. The breakfast it’s delicious. Has diversed itens like cookies, cakes, tea, juice and amazing capuccinos 😅 I’ve just add a few normal breads for the people that want to eat it with butter, per example. The cleaning room is good. They make the beds, pick the garbage, restock the towels, etc. Those ladies were pretty kind with us.

It’s very clean and spacious even for 3 people staying there. We didn’t cook but it had everything you would need and the coffee machine was lovely with pods left out for us. Simone also gave us extra toilet paper as we’d run out. He was always on hand for anything.

The apartment is very nice designed and the location is perfect. You have many restaurants near by. We loved the fact that even if it’s next to a bar (wich my husband enjoyed), it is really quiet. The host is also very kind and helpful. We recommend La Passeggiata!

The property is newly constructed, beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a vacation. The hosts are very sweet, cooperative and responsive. They even came to pick us as we missed our last connectivity. Carla ensured that we have a smooth and pleasant stay. Also, connectivity wise its at one of the best and vibrant location. Will definitely stay at the same property during our next visit.
