I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The staff was a highlight of my experience—friendly, easy to communicate with, and he provided a thorough explanation of the jacuzzi facilities. Their swift response to my needs was truly helpful. Everything! The location, the decor and facilities in the apartment. Massimilano was so helpful and organised our airport transfer and even booked our restaurant for the first night and recommended places we could eat. He was quick and helpful with his responses when we had queries. The property is beautifully decorated and in the lost gorgeous location overlooking Villa d’Este which is a beautiful place to visit. Tivoli itself is stunning,,so much character. Lovely restaurants and kind people.
