+ helpful and very kind owner or manager; + clean and tidy room with little balcony and private bathroom and air conditioning; + location: 5 minutes walk to the beach, 17 minutes walk to railway station and approx. 40 minutes walk to Misano Circuit :) + tasty breakfast (bread, buns, cheese, ham, eggs, cereals and yoghurt, fresh fruits and few kinds of pies and cookies and great coffee and other hot and cold drinks), unfortunately without vegetables + affordable price

This hotel is in a convenient location—just steps from the beach, close to restaurants, and very near a supermarket. The balcony is a lovely touch, and the breakfast is plentiful. The waitress kindly insisted on bringing me an espresso from the kitchen, which was a sweet and thoughtful gesture.

Great location, right in the heart of Misano and just a couple steps away from restaurants, cafes, the beach. About 5-10 minutes on foot to the next Supermarket. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice! I'd go and stay here again anytime.

We loved how private and secluded it feels compared to other hotels in the area. No need to worry about parking, and the location is perfect—the beach is literally just across the street, with many great restaurants nearby. You have a private pool and your own garden area, and we also had a jacuzzi in the room. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Not to mention, the overall look of the residence and the entrance area create a welcoming atmosphere that makes your stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a excellent location. We stayed for the MotoGP in Misano and it is within walking distance (there is also a shuttle bus to the track just up the road). The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to help you. It was nice to be recognised each day by them! The breakfast is more than adequate, with a range of cereals, pastries, yoghurts, fruit etc.

    Everything. Fabulous apartment in an amazing location, only 15 metres from the ocean/beach. Modern and spotless clean with amazing air conditioning and 2 beautiful balconies. Staff, when needed, were always helpful. Only sorry, we were staying for 3 nights.

    This appartment is amazing! Truly amazing! Great design, very very clean! comfortable beds, kitchen has everything required, bathroom is super clean, We were provided with super white towels and bath robes. 2 balconies. Very nice location - 3 min walk to the sea, nice street with shops and restaurants. We loved it. Very nice owners, free private parking.
