An absolute pleasure to stay at Villa Loriana, if you are planing a trip to Mount Etna or just looking for a calm place surrounded by nature next to Catania and Taormina, this is the place; we had a lovely stay, very short but overall amazing. Luca is an incredible host and Moussa, who’s based in the property, is always available for anything you might need. totally recommend it!

Very clean and modern place. Everything you need is there. It is close to Zafferana's little center and a perfect spot to start your volcano adventures. The host Dario booked a guide for an Etna tour for us, that was also so friendly and kind. So we had an amazing day and also some time to relaxe and enjoy the area around Zafferana.

This was the best accommodation I have been on sicily. The hosts were so nice and explained me everything at arrival. They also had recommendations for expeditions in the area and for restaurants, shops etc. and brought fresh breakfast every morning to a previously agreed time. The apartment itself was gigantic (multiple rooms) and everything was so clean. Parking directly in front was no problem at all at any time. And the location is near Taormina, Alcantara, Etna, Catania (Airport) ... just perfect.

The whole property is very nice, the garden and outside area are beautiful and very well kept. The room was very clean and modern. The hosting family is very welcoming and concerned for your well being. The daughter speaks good English. For breakfast you are asked what you like and they bring it in the morning. One time we had a granita (Sicilian specialty) and the other day we had bread with ham and cheese. Both were very good and yummy. You can also make use of the kitchen (coffee, tea, bananas, yogurt,...). It's a good location to explore the Etna or Catania (areas).

We loved everything!! The rooms were clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The scents of the soaps and linens were amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. we liked the pools so much! We had marvelous view from our both balconies - sea on one side and Etna on the other side. We were lucky enough to see Etna's red glowing peak in the darkness. The hotel has a beautiful garden as well. There were 2 bathrooms in our room which was extremely convenient when travelling with the family. The staff was so welcoming, we were allowed to stay in our room as long as we wish , so we stayed half of the day on our checkout day. We are coming back there soon, for sure.

    Location was beautiful with lots of bird life. Very peaceful Spacious property which was very clean Host was pleasant & arrived quickly to show us around & hand over keys. The pool table came into its own as we had very bad weather with torrential rain, thunder & hailstorms.
